"Pandora In Copyright Legal Battle" podcast featuring Ear To The Sound, PopSpot! & Screen Sound
Great discussion on the Pandora NY times copyright legal battle article. The sound clip came in nice, strong and came off well edited with the addition of musical accompaniment. This certainly is a hard discussion to bring to a conclusion. At one point I want the artists to always have access to make funds from their art, but on the other extreme, people will always attempt to gain anything they can for the lowest price.
Great point, Richard. I think artists should get duly compensated for their art as well as the songwriters who penned the creation. True enough on the conclusion, we had to cut it short due to time constraints, but as it does in court and in the industry itself, this conversation continued well past what was posted. Perhaps someday we can put all of these legal issues behind us.
